Pistachio Date Balls
Yield: 12 Bites
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw pistachios
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 4 dates
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Place the pistachios, raisins and dates in a food processor and blitz until combined.
- Add the honey and the chia seeds and blitz more until incorporated.
- With your wet hands shape 8 to 12 balls depending on the size you desire.
Peanut Coconut Balls
Yield: 12 Bites
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw peanut butter
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1/2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter with the honey.
- Add the oats, coconut, sesame seeds and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Shape the dough with your wet hands into evenly sized balls.
