Pistachio Date Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw pistachios
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Place the pistachios, raisins and dates in a food processor and blitz until combined.
  2. Add the honey and the chia seeds and blitz more until incorporated.
  3. With your wet hands shape 8 to 12 balls depending on the size you desire.

Peanut Coconut Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter with the honey.
  2. Add the oats, coconut, sesame seeds and cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. Shape the dough with your wet hands into evenly sized balls.
