Two-Ingredient pineapple cream Popsicles

Healthy and refreshing, these popsicles are kids friendly and a family favorite! Make them and keep them in your freezer to enjoy a guilt- free treat on those hot summer days.

Two-Ingredient pineapple cream Popsicles

Yield: For 12 popsicles

Ingredients

  • 5 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Place the pineapple chunks in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Add the coconut milk and blitz until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  4. Unmold and enjoy!
