Moroccan Bonbons

Moroccan Bonbons
Yield: 12 Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup shelled pistachios
- 3/4 cup roasted almonds
- 3/4 cup roasted walnuts
- 1 pound pitted dates chopped
- 1/2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp orange blossom water
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Place the pistachios in the bowl of a food processor and blitz until you get a coarse powder.
- Transfer the powder to a plate.
- Place all the remaining ingredients in the bowl of the food process and process until you get a paste.
- With your wet hands, shape the paste into 12 balls.
- Roll each ball in the pistachio powder making sure they are completely coated.
- Place the balls on a serving platter, serve and enjoy!
