3 Ingredient Nutella Cake

This decadent dessert is too good to be true! Although it is very easy to make and it has minimal ingredients, it still yields a rich, delicious and moist cake. A perfect beginner recipe for anyone who would like to give baking a try.

3 Ingredient Nutella Cake

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Nutella or any other hazelnut spread
  • 1/2 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
  2. Grease an 8-inch round cake pan and line it with parchment paper.
  3. Crack the eggs in the bowl of an electric mixer and add the Nutella.
  4. Whisk on medium high speed till well incorporated and the mixture increases in volume (around 3 minutes).
  5. Fold in the flour and pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  6. Bake in the heated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely before transferring it to a cake stand or platter.
  8. Frost with more Nutella or sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
  9. Slice, serve and enjoy!
