Pistachio Crusted Salmon
If you are a salmon fan, you are going to love this recipe. The combination of crunchy nuts with the flaky fish creates an impressive meal that is easy to prepare, moist, flavorful and definitely a crowd pleaser!
Pistachio Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon Fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup raw pistachios finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey with the mustard, lemon zest and juice and the garlic.
- Stir in the chopped pistachios. Mix until you get a paste.
- Spread the pistachio mixture on the salmon fillets pressing down with a fork to make sure it sticks.
- Roast in the heated oven for 12 minutes for medium or for 15 minutes if you like it well done.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm with a side of vegetables or cold on top of a salad.
